Building Management

In 15 years of successfully managing our property management portfolio of Property Solutions Place, we have established and refined industry-leading processes and systems to effectively manage our buildings.

  • Establishing and implementing building procedure & policies

  • Liaising with, and periodically reporting to body corporate committees

  • Managing contractors and onsite staff

  • Building inspections and audits, including grounds and equipment

  • Plan, schedule and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and re-fit out of commercial spaces

  • Meet with prospective residential and commercial tenants

  • Maintain close relations with builders during the 12-month building defect liability period

  • Preparing and administering contracts to third party contractors

  • Maintain up-to-date contractor records, including licence and insurance detail

  • Liaising between on-site managers, body corporates, tenants and owners

  • Ensure common property is clean and maintained

  • Ensure building safety and legal compliance, with a dedicated compliance manager

  • Maintain contact with insurance carriers, fire and police departments, and other agencies
