Establishing and implementing building procedure & policies
Liaising with, and periodically reporting to body corporate committees
Managing contractors and onsite staff
Building inspections and audits, including grounds and equipment
Plan, schedule and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and re-fit out of commercial spaces
Meet with prospective residential and commercial tenants
Maintain close relations with builders during the 12-month building defect liability period
Preparing and administering contracts to third party contractors
Maintain up-to-date contractor records, including licence and insurance detail
Liaising between on-site managers, body corporates, tenants and owners
Ensure common property is clean and maintained
Ensure building safety and legal compliance, with a dedicated compliance manager
Maintain contact with insurance carriers, fire and police departments, and other agencies
